How do we support?
We offer supported housing across the South West to provide safe and secure accommodation for residents to live as independently as possible.
Our specialised support provides individuals and families with the care they need - whether it be a young person seeking emergency accommodation, a newborn baby in an adults and families scheme, or older resident in extra care.
We offer temporary or long term accommodation and provide a range of services, depending on the induvial on a case-by-case basis.

Working with our incredible customer volunteer groups helps us to give the best service to customers.

Our teams work hard to:
- Encourage people to explore or reflect on their hopes, dreams and aspirations and build confidence that they have the strength to shape their future in ways that matter to them.
- Help people to understand their financial entitlements and get the benefits they deserve and support them to manage their money (including dealing with debts).
- Give personal support and coaching to help them move forward towards their goals.
- Teach skills for learning, work, and healthy living to help them reach their full potential.
- Help people live safely in their homes by giving advice and arranging repairs and changes and by helping them understand the responsibilities of being a tenant.
- Support people to reconnect with friends and family and to build social networks.
- Look for suitable opportunities for people to move to a forever home.
- Support with day to day tasks and activities such as cooking and cleaning.
Our services
-
Our Adults and families support services offer tailored guidance to help individuals and families on their journey toward independent living.
We provide practical support in areas such as financial management, applying for housing, improving health and wellbeing, and accessing child support.
Our services are designed to meet people where they are - whether in their own homes or supported accommodation.
We provide specialist support to those experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, substance misuse, homelessness, domestic abuse, or involvement with the criminal justice system, ensuring that all those we work with receive the compassionate, informed guidance they need to move forward with confidence.
-
Our young people’s supported accommodation provides safe and secure homes for young people and young parents aged 16 to 25 experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Located across the South West, our services range from emergency to longer term stays, tailored to individual needs and aspirations. We support young people in building life skills and support networks, preparing for work, and moving toward independence.
Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where young people feel heard, respected, and empowered to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. We are members of the Foyer Federation and have a number of Ofsted registered services.
-
Our learning disability services support people living with learning disabilities who need assistance to live independently. Although we don’t provide personal care directly, we focus on housing-related support that enables customers to sustain their tenancies and manage their homes.
Our dedicated team members work collaboratively with residents to promote independence, stability, and safety through improved accessibility. We strive to build inclusive communities where people feel supported and valued.
-
Our extra care services support people over the age of 55 who require care or support to live independently.
While we do not provide personal care directly, we offer housing-related support to help residents maintain their homes and tenancies for as long as they choose. Our scheme managers, housing officers, and support workers work closely with customers to ensure their living environments are safe, comfortable, and secure.
The aim is to provide not just a place to live, but a real sense of home and community.
-
Our housing management services provide short-term and agency-managed support to help customers sustain and manage their tenancies.
We help with tenancy sustainment, property issues, hoarding, and anti-social behaviour, from early intervention to legal action. By setting clear expectations and offering tailored guidance and support, we work with people to prepare for independent living.
Working closely with other professionals, we take a well-rounded, person-centred approach to ensure our customers have safe, secure homes and the support needed for a stable future.

New Seasons offers a mix of shared and self-contained accommodation across Devon, allowing us to find the best fit for each veteran.
We receive referrals from Operation Fortitude and work with local authorities, veteran breakfast clubs, the Royal British Legion, and other veteran services to support homeless veterans or those in unstable housing.
Many veterans face complex challenges such as mental and physical health issues, PTSD, difficulties adjusting to civilian life, addiction, financial problems, and experiences of abuse or trauma. These issues often lead to feelings of isolation, low self-worth, and a lack of purpose.
Through holistic support and partnerships with specialist organisations, we help veterans tackle these challenges while also supporting them with housing, benefits, money management, and access to training, work, and meaningful activities.
With funding from the Office for Veterans’ Affairs (OVA), the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust has awarded funding to LiveWest under the Reducing Veterans' Homelessness programme, for Support Housing services across Devon.
