Reporting repairs
You can now report your repairs using our online portal, which is a better way for you to report and track issues you have reported. We have now removed the online form previously used to report repairs. You can sign up for our customer portal now if you have not already.

We try to get things right the first time, and when we do it's great when you let us know. We love receiving positive feedback and that way we can keep it up. And, if we get things wrong we want to put complaints right as soon as possible, so we need to hear about these things too.
