We’re proud to share our latest Sustainability and Impact Report, highlighting the steps we’ve taken to creating greener futures together.
The report outlines the achievements reached and improvements needed to make homes greener, communities stronger, and services more supportive for our customers.
Here are some of the key things we’ve achieved this year:
Warmer, greener homes
85% of our homes now meet EPC C or above, helping to lower energy bills. We retrofitted 763 homes this year - more than the last three years combined.
Cutting carbon
We’ve reduced our overall carbon footprint by 5% since 2022/23 and added 10 electric vans to our fleet.
Affordable rent
Our average rents stayed at 56% of private market rates, helping more people stay in homes they can afford.
Supporting communities
We helped customers access over £2.2 million in support, from benefit claims to hardship grants.
Green spaces
We care for over 46,000 trees, supporting wildlife and cleaner air across our neighbourhoods.
As part of our mission to creating greener futures together, we’re committed to creating safe, sustainable, and affordable homes for the future.
