We have published our 2024/25 Customer Annual Report

From improved customer satisfaction to faster repair times and investment in affordable homes, see how we've been making a difference across the South West.

We’re pleased to share our 2024/25 Customer Annual Report, taking a look back at everything we’ve achieved together over the last year.

It’s been a busy and positive year for LiveWest. We’ve been working hard to improve our services, build more homes, and support our communities across the South West. 

Here are some of the highlights from this year's report:

We achieved 85.9% overall customer satisfaction

This puts us in the top 10% of housing providers in the country.

£159 million invested in new affordable homes

Plus £117 million spent on maintaining and improving existing homes.

Repairs are done faster

Customer satisfaction with repair times went up by 5% to 79.17%, and 98.9% of emergency repairs were completed within 24 hours.

£2.2 million in extra benefits have been secured for our customers

Including £1.3 million in disability benefits, to help with the rising cost of living.

76.4% of customers say we make a positive difference in their neighbourhoods

And over 9,900 volunteer hours were given to local projects.


We’re proud of what we’ve achieved but we know there’s always more to do. Over the next year, we’ll be focusing on doing repairs even faster, improving shared spaces, and making sure we respond to complaints quickly and fairly.
