Have your say on how social housing residents are treated

You could join the Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel to have your say on services.

The Housing Ombudsman is looking for social housing residents to join its Resident Panel, which aims to improve the service provided by housing associations.

As part of the Resident Panel, you would be able to share your experience living in social housing and suggest where you think things could be improved.

The Housing Ombudsman is a national, impartial and free service social housing residents can access to support with complaints.

The Resident Panel has recently helped the Housing Ombudsman with developing their complaint handling code, improving accessibility and increasing awareness of the service the Ombudsman offers.

Applications are open until 30 April.

Having your say on services provided by LiveWest

As well as getting involved in national groups like the Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel, there are different groups you can get involved with at LiveWest to have your say and improve the service you receive.

Our different groups look at the wide range of services we offer, and have made a real impact in making change.

It is easy to get involved, and you can give as much or as little of your time as you would like.
