Sadly, our Executive Director of Housing Support, Kathy Gilmore has now left the organisation, but she had great fun spending her leaving present on food and treats for a local foodbank.
Jill Farrar, Executive Director of Governance and Compliance joined her to help with the shopping and to deliver the goods to the foodbank at the Methodist Church in Truro.
As demand for foodbanks soars across the UK, it is fantastic to see Kathy supporting this worthy cause.
We do lots of valuable work with foodbanks across our region and recently were proud to be part of revamping Penzance foodbank through our new Social Value programme.
Our Social Value programme provides a way to create even more benefits for local people by getting our partners to support social initiatives.
