Customer Portal unavailable for a planned system upgrade

This coming weekend, our Customer Portal will be unavailable.

What’s happening?

Our customer portal will be unavailable from 6:00pm on Friday 10 April to 7:00am on Monday 13 April while we carry out a system upgrade.

During this time, our emergency out-of-hours service will still be available if you have an urgent issue.

Please wait until the portal is back online to report any routine repairs or general enquiries. You can do this from 7:00am on Monday 13 April using the customer portal or by contacting our Customer Service Centre.

Why this is happening

We are upgrading our systems to make sure they continue to work well and support the services we provide to our customers.

You will not see any changes to the customer portal after the upgrade. The upgrade is internal, and will help make our systems more efficient.
