We selected Radian Group after a competitive tendering process and a six-week consultation period with residents. Radian Group, one of the South’s largest housing providers, was selected as the organisation best placed to deliver local services to residents.
During the consultation residents met with our teams and those from Radian Group, to find out more about how they could shape Radian’s services.

The stock transfer is due to complete by April 2020.
