We own and manage homes across the South West which are available for rent. If you can’t afford to rent privately you may be able to live in one of our rented homes.

We have different types of affordable homes for rent available in the South West, including houses, flats, and bungalows. We also provide sheltered accommodation for older people or those with a disability.

How do I apply to rent a home?

We are part of the Home Choice partnerships. These Choice Based Lettings schemes make the process of allocating properties simple and transparent. They also allow you to make a choice about where you live.

When we have a home available for rent, it is advertised through the Home Choice scheme in the area where the home is located.

To apply you need to be registered with Home Choice in the area where you want to live. They will then assess your needs. You can register online or, in some cases, by filling in a paper application form, which you can get from your local authority. If you need help completing the form, or have any questions please contact us.

Once you’re registered you can use the Home Choice scheme to search properties available where you want to live and apply (or bid) for a suitable home. If your bid is successful, we will contact you about the next stage of the process.
