Please note this information relates to DCH's performance reports.

To ensure our customers have easy access to our performance reporting we provide regular updates in our customer magazine Open Door. These updates include performance results for the main services we provide.

There is also a regular update on the work of ServiceWatch, the team of customers whose job it is to keep an eye on the decisions made by our boards that affect customer service, and to check that we are performing as well as we should be.

In addition to this we will now be producing an annual overview of our performance in a clear visual format to highlight how we have performed over the previous 12 months.
